Policies

Booking policy

All rooms are offered, subject to availability on receipt of confirmation and deposit. 

A valid credit or debit card is required to secure any bookings. Reservations must be guaranteed with a deposit of 25% of the full stay at the time of booking which will be credited to your bill upon arrival. No allowances will be made for meals not taken or rooms vacated before the confirmed departure date. 

We strongly advise all guests obtain holiday cancellation and curtailment insurance. 

Our normal check-in time is from 15:00 to 20:00 Monday to Saturday and 15:00 to 18:00 on Sunday. Check-out is up to 11:00 

Any extras or incidental charges like telephone, taxi, food, drink, damage etc. will be charged at the time of check out. The balance of the cost of all stays must be paid in full prior to departure. We reserve the right to charge any outstanding and unsettled balances to the credit/ debit we hold on behalf of the booking. 

Rate Terms: B&B rates are per room per night and include breakfast and VAT.

Unfortunately terms cannot be changed during the stay.

Children over 11 are welcome. Children sharing parent's room are charged 20% of the room rate. Those occupying their own room will be charged full room rate.

Cancellation policy

If you cancel within 48hrs of your stay you will be charged the full cost of your stay.

If you cancel within 14 days of your stay you will forfeit your deposit, and we reserve the right to charge you the full cost of your stay if we are unable to resell your room.

We strongly advise you to ensure that you have adequate travel insurance in place to cover unforeseen cancellations.
